By reading this statement and/or using the service provided, you accept this agreement in its entirety. By using this service, you understand that it may be discontinued at anytime with or without reason and that you may not be notifed before this occurs. If in any situation this hosting loses your data, corrupts data, or misinterprets data in any way, shape, or form you understand that the persons governing this organization are not responsible in any way. You understand that this hosting is provided AS IS without warranty of any kind. Support is ONLY offered as my kind gesture to those that I feel are good friends, it is not required as this is a free service. You agree that any mistakes possibly made in this document may be amended by me at ANY time including during prosicution if necassary, this includes but is not limited to spelling mistakes, grammer use, inproper use of terms.
Abuse:
If at any time, i feel that you are abusing the service provided to you, your account may be terminated and deleted without notice. If at any time I believe you to be hosting files that you do not have permission to host your account may be terminated and deleted without notice. You further understand that backups will ONLY be taken when I feel they are necassary for MY WEBSITE or when you provide a substantial reason to create the backup and I agree. When my site is backed up, there is a 99.9% chance that I will also backup all hosted accounts and databases. *THIS IS NOT A GUARENTEE AND YOU UNDERSTAND THAT I DO NOT HAVE TO PROVIDE ANY BACKUPS WHAT-SO-EVER*
If at any time, you no longer use this service please make sure you contact me so that any files that are needed can be given to you before the account is deleted.
ACTIVITY:
If I find that a site is not being used within a period of 2 months (Give or take [keep in mind i reserve the right to delete any site at any time]) the site can and may be deleted to free webspace. If this event does occur, I will try to notify you prior to the event to avoid data loss on your end.
Please do not contact me reguarding your account files / backups / sql databases unless it is an emergency. I am normally very busy and do not have time to check on small details like website traffic reports and bandwidth usage. (IF your website exceeds certain bandwidth limits, I will suspend the site until I feel that I have my needed bandwidth required to run my main website.) At the current time (Tuesday, February 17, 2004) my main website is non-functional. This means that hosted websites bandwidth may together total up to 100GB per month. This figure will no longer be valid when the main website comes online again.
IN SHORT:
I can delete, disable, terminate your account, modify files, delete records, check traffic reports, determine bandwidth usage, create files, do whatever I want with the webspace that you are hosted on without contacting you at all. (Just because im letting you know that I "can" do this, does not at all verify a fact that I will.)
THIS AGREEMENT IS BOUND BY THE COPYRIGHT TERMS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. NO MATERIAL MAY BE OBTAINED AND USED ON ANY HOSTED WEBSITE FROM MY MAIN WEBSITE WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.
